Events: Prescott Creeks is hosting the annual Granite Creek Park Earth Day Festival and Stream Cleanup. (See Prescott Creek's website for details)
FYI April 30th is the last day for the 5$ discount on dues for 2010. Any members who have not paid by April 30th also will be removed from our contact list. People can re-join after April 30th by paying their dues for 2010. $15 per flycaster / $25 per family membership. Click here for more details.

HERE IS THE SKINNY.... Rather than go to Hurricane Lake this year, the club has reserved the group camping sites at Winn Campgound for Wednesday the 9th - Sunday the 14th. Winn Campground is located off the reservation and is the vicinity of a wider variety of fishing opportunities. Located in a heavily forested pine and aspen area at an elevation of 8500 feet near Lee Valley and Big Lake. Facilities include water, vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings. For additional information about Winn Campground facilites, especially for folks with campers and the like, please visit:

The cost for club members is $50 per person. Folks that choose to stay in a hotel (e.g in Greer) but would like to attend the group dinner on Saturday night can pay $10 per person. Twenty-nine paid attendees will allow us to break even on the cost of the campground reservations. Please pay ASAP so that we can get an idea of how many people plan on attending from the club. We will likely open up the outing to other clubs around the state if attendance looks low. We also have the option of releasing one of the group sites. This flexability is something we would not have at Hurricane Lake on the reservation.
I hope that many of you can attend the outing for atleast a couple days!
